Marta Espar has been a scriptwriter and health science journalist for 20 years. With a degree in Clinical Psychology and Journalism, between 2007 and 2011 she worked in the health section of national daily ‘El País’ and in the newspaper ‘ARA’. She is the author of several books of interviews and, together with Marc Parramon, she scripted and co-directed the documentary ‘Veus contra l’estigma’ (2017). Maiol Virgili is a documentary and series filmmaker with more than 20 years of experience in the sector. Trained as a camera operator and editor, in 2007 he began his path towards filmmaking with ‘A pagès’, ‘Séniors’ and ‘Rurals’. ‘Propietarios de sueños’ and ‘RAR, la força del torró solidari’ are the most recent ldocumentaries to engage his collaboration.
