DAMA continues this year its alliance with SEMINCI after the excellent results obtained with the incorporation of the DAMA Dialogues in the last edition of the festival in collaboration with the University of Valladolid.
Filmmakers such as Paula Ortiz, Lois Patiño, Laura Ferrés, Antonio Méndez Esparza and Víctor Iriarte, among others, took part in these dialogues where they shared their experience in the creative process of their works with SEMINCI spectators, in an enriching open dialogue between audience and filmmakers, which perfectly conveyed the cross-cutting spirit of the festival.
DAMA Dialogues will remain a forum for debates and shared reflections between filmmakers and the audience, after the screenings of the different competitive sections, where disciplines such as writing, staging, production and editing will be addressed from different points of view, offering viewers an experience that will go beyond the mere screening of the piece, to approach a deeper understanding of the filmmaking process.
