Domingo, who has been left for dead in the war, returns home. Everything has changed, even his own people. Now he is the piece that does not fit into society. He then grabs the chance of a job that could bring him some profit, shepherding a flock of sheep from Salamanca to the winter pastures of Extremadura. Domingo sets out on a journey through magical landscapes, showing us the strange and fascinating customs of pastoral society. Domingo is unaware that the dangers are not only on the road, but inside himself.

Pablo Moreno

Director, screenwriter and producer, founder of the company Contracorriente Producciones SLU (Stellarum Films), founding partner of the Kinema Siete Association, and director of the Ciudad Rodrigo International Film Festival (FICEE) since 2011. Associate Lecturer in the Degree in Communication and Audiovisual Creation at the University of Salamanca since 2018. Among his most representative works are the fiction feature films ‘Forbidden God’ (2012), ‘Poveda’ (2015), ‘Light of Soledad’ (2016), ‘The Network of Freedom’ (2017), ‘Claret’ (2020), ‘Petra de San José’ (2022) and ‘The Maid’ (2023).
