The prestigious chefs behind the two-Michelin-starred restaurant KOKS in the Faroe Islands are tackling a mind-blowing challenge: to open an exclusive dining room in one of the most remote corners of the world, a small village of only 50 people that is one of the oldest settlements in Greenland and can only be reached by boat across the frozen Ilulissat Fjord.
