Tomasz Poborca

Film curator at The National Centre for Film Culture (NCFC) in Łódź, he is a researcher affiliated with the University of Łódź and a lecturer at the National School of Film, Television and Theatre in the same city. He wrote his graduation thesis on the work of Raúl Ruiz in the light of Bergson and Deleuze's philosophy and coordinated the student podcast project ‘Koło Kina’, as well as presenting a program dedicated to the early films of Jean-Luc Godard. He works as an editor for the Pełna Sala internet portal and as a programmer for the Festival of the Dialogue of Four Cultures, regularly publishing articles on cinema and international film festivals in magazines such as ‘Studiach Filmoznawczych’ and ‘Media - Kultura - Komunikacja Społeczna’, among others.
