Thinking about Cinema at SEMINCI

Thinking about Cinema at SEMINCI

The SEMINCI space for thinking about cinema and the world (or the world through cinema), formed by a series of meetings with key figures of the current scene that will present the premiere of their new films at the festival. The cycle of meetings aims to become a space for enrichment and exchange open to all, delving into the creative process, promoting knowledge of film art, bringing the voices of key filmmakers to the SEMINCI audience. The creative processes will play a fundamental role in the meetings, exploring the innovative forms and artistic crossroads faced by the cinema of today. The dialogues with the directors will be guided by members of the festival's programming team, all of whom have extensive teaching experience, which will provide the sessions with rigour and knowledge, both about the filmmakers themselves and their work, as well as the context in which it is presented.
