She is the founder and co-editor of the film journal Another Gaze and a translator from the French of writers including Chantal Akerman and Marguerite Duras. Together with Missouri Williams, she launched Another Gaze Editions, a new imprint dedicated to writing by women about film. She also associate produced ‘Maria Schneider, 1983’ (Elisabeth Subrin, 2022), which premiered in the Quinzaine des réalisateurs at the Cannes Film Festival. Since late 2022, she has been on the selection committee of Directors’ Fortnight (Quinzaine des Cinéastes) and is the creator and programmer of Another Screen. This summer, she curated an extensive retrospective of the work of Duras at the ICA in London.
