He began his career in the audiovisual world as a cameraman at the age of twenty-five. After fifteen years of professional career, he decided to create the production company Armonía Films in 2000 and to devote himself to the documentary genre. Since then, he has directed nine documentaries, including ‘La rosa del desierto’ (2005), awarded at the Aguilar de Campoo, Ponferrada or Documenta Madrid festivals, among others. He has also directed the short film ‘La soga’ (2005), as well as several educational videos for the Junta de Castilla y León and other public and private organisations. In addition, he is the director of the Reino de León Film and Television Festival, which has been running since 2009.
