Capitán Nemo en la batalla contra la ELA

Mariano López, the owner of a business firm named Capitán Nemo, a fan of classic cars, and the father of a son, has for some time now been sick with ALS. He has become the captain of a ship navigating through his own illness. His experiences and his life situations make up this story. A feature film that narrates the daily life of a group of people who have to face a monster every day: a disease that poses challenges of all kinds, from the smallest to those that seem insurmountable. But above all, it is the story of a contagious attitude which is shared by others too: one which consists in not giving up so that the foreseen tragic outcome does not prevent them from enjoying the moment. The film expresses a commitment to making their struggle a positive example to others, even though that struggle will ultimately be lost for them.
