Colita sin filtros revolves around the genesis of the exhibition Antifémina at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid. That was the last exhibition she saw in progress, and she died on 31 December 2023 before the opening of the exhibition. The exhibition was taken over by the director of the Colita Fotografía Archive, friend and confidant, Francesc Polop, and his closest team. The exhibition Antifémina stems from a book published in 1977, which was withdrawn by the publisher itself because its content was considered subversive. It represented a contemporary vision of women, far removed from the patriarchal stereotypes denounced by its authors, the writer and politician Maria Aurèlia Capmany, who wrote the texts, and Colita, who did the same with the photographs. Colita went through her archive and selected the photos that fitted in with this revolutionary gaze, still in the recent post-Franco period.

Hortensia Vélez, Elisabeth Anglarill

Hortensia Vélez is a filmmaker and journalist. She directs documentaries for the TV programme ‘Imprescindibles’ on La 2. She has worked in the news division of RTVE, making daily news programmes and broadcasts. She is the director and scriptwriter of the shows ‘Línea 900’, ‘Gran Angular’ and ‘Informe Semanal’, and produced the wildlife programme ‘¡Qué animal! on La 2. Elisabeth Anglarill is a journalist and writer. At RTVE she currently directs documentaries for the programme ‘Imprescindibles’ on La 2. She has participated in international documentary series such as ‘Azahar’ and iconic public television programmes like ‘El escarabajo verde’, which she also presented, and ‘La mitad invisible’, among others. She has held managerial positions, as deputy director of cultural and social contents at TVE (2012-2015) after previously hosting radio shows at RNE.
