Marc Riba and Anna Solanas are a creative couple whose animated films have been selected in more than 1,000 festivals around the world, including the Official Section of the 2013 (Canis) and 2016 (Cavalls morts) editions of SEMINCI. Mater Benefacta unfolds in a convent in Franco's Spain, where the nuns offer shelter to young girls in need.
