He was born in Barcelona in 1971 and graduated in History from the University of Barcelona. After shooting ‘Objetivo Gadafi’ in 2014, he filmed a trilogy about Basque punk from the 80s, which includes ‘Las más macabras de las vidas’, ‘Inadaptados’ and ‘No Somos Nada’. After filming ‘Magnicidios españoles y Poe’ in 2017, he approached the fantastic in ‘Moctezuma- Grau. Descendencia mortal’, which premiered in Gijón before Seville selected ‘La Transacción’ and ‘Histeria de España’. With his trilogy ‘Los demenciales chicos acelerados’ he portrayed the punk scene during the Transition in Barcelona, Euskadi and Madrid. ‘War Tourism’ (2024) is his first film consisting of original, non-archival footage, ant its filming has been funded by a Contrapicada fellowship and the Corte Final award from DocumentaMadrid.
