Charlie Arnaiz graduated in Spanish Language and Literature and began his career as a musician in bands like Indras. Alberto Ortega studied Film at the TAI School in Madrid. The two met in 2008 and in 2014 founded Por Amor al Arte, the production company with which they produced in tandem works such as ‘Aunque tú no lo sepas. La poesía de Luis García Montero’ (2016), which premiered at the Malaga Festival. In 2017, they both launched Dadá Films & Entertainment, where they developed documentary projects such as ‘Ramoncín. Una vida en el filo’ (2017), ‘Generación instante’ (2018) or ‘Un país en Labordeta’ (2019), as well as television shows (‘La teoría del espejo’), podcasts (‘Adoleszentes’) and commercials. In 2020, they premiered ‘Anatomía de un dandy’, which was later nominated for a Goya for best documentary, and among their latest works are ‘Raphaelismo’ (2022) and the documentary series ‘Supergarcía’ (2023) and ‘El rey del cachopo’.
